How ?
Earners are able to provide skill-based evidence that demonstrates the ability to choose an appropriate filter train for a target filter application, conduct experiments for sterilizing filter sizing and optimization, and characterize the effect of key process parameters on the sterilizing filter performance.
Method overview
The earner develops an optimal filtration system for sterilizing a specific volume of biological process solutions within a designated time frame by conducting constant pressure VmaxTM experiments.

In order to earn this micro-credential, you must provide the following evidence:
- An Executive Summary: A brief overview of the process for developing a robust filtration system for your process solution.
- Video/Written Report: A video presentation or a written report with accompanying photos demonstrating your ability to conduct a constant pressure VmaxTM test, determine filter sizing, and optimize the filter.
