Learners are able to apply the Business Model Canvas methodology to iteratively develop, test, and refine viable business models by holistically analyzing customer segments, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, and key resources and its relationship.
Method overview
Apply the Business Model Canvas methodology (BMC), which can help in designing, analyzing, and iterating business models by understanding
- the nine elements of the BMC and
- the testing and validation processes.
How can you achieve ?
To validate the competency, design business model concepts with a written report of the 9 building blocks of the framework, and include a testing plan and results after validating the BMC assumptions.
